Privacy Policy
Welcome to ZimDial (the "App"), developed by Tatenda Mutyambizi (as CainBen Labs). CainBen Labs is a brand name, not a separate legal entity. Your privacy is our priority. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use ZimDial. We comply with Google Play Store User Data Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We DO NOT collect: phone numbers, contact list, SMS, financial info, location, display names.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Anonymous UUID → app preferences.
- Local data → Buddy predictions, fee hints – all on-device.
- Analytics → improve performance.
- Push notifications (opt-in) → reminders.
3. Data Storage & Retention
All personal app data stored locally using Android secure storage. Uninstalling deletes it permanently.
4. Third-Party Services & Permissions
We use Google Firebase (FCM, Remote Config, Analytics). Permissions: Contacts (only when you manually pick), Notifications (optional), Haptics (optional).
5. Your Rights & Controls
- Clear all local data from Settings → Clear All Data.
- Incognito mode prevents saving history.
- Revoke permissions anytime via Android settings.

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ZimDial ("the App"), developed by Tatenda Mutyambizi (as CainBen Labs). CainBen Labs is a brand name, not a separate legal entity. By downloading, accessing, or using ZimDial, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. What ZimDial Does
ZimDial is a USSD dialler assistant that helps you build and launch USSD codes for Zimbabwe mobile money, banking, and network services. ZimDial does not process transactions — all transactions are handled by your mobile network or bank through their USSD system. The App is a tool that generates dialling codes based on user input.
2. No Account Required – Privacy First
ZimDial does not collect your phone number. No account registration is required. A random anonymous device identifier is generated locally on your device at first launch. You confirm you are 13 years of age or older to use this app.
3. Data Collection
ZimDial does not collect phone numbers or personal identifiers. Anonymous usage analytics (feature usage, session length, error reports) may be collected to improve the app. Your dial history, favourites, and templates are stored only on your device and never sent to our servers. 4. Free App & Advertising
ZimDial is free to use. The app may include third-party advertisements that comply with Google Play policies. Advertisers do not receive your phone number or financial data.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
No Financial Advice: ZimDial does not provide financial advice, investment guidance, or recommendations of any kind.
Transaction Errors: Always review the generated USSD code before dialling. ZimDial is not liable for any failed, incorrect, duplicate, or unintended transactions. Once dialled, the transaction is solely between you and your service provider.
USSD Code Accuracy: USSD codes are provided for convenience only. Mobile networks, banks, and service providers may change their codes at any time without notice. Always verify with your provider if in doubt.
Third-Party Services: ZimDial is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for EcoCash, OneMoney, any bank, telecom, or other third-party service provider.
No Warranty: ZimDial is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use ZimDial to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity. We may suspend access to the App for users who violate these Terms.
7. Modifications to the App & Terms
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe.
